• The reconnaissance mission is a success. I point at the map, my mate studying it closely, Lilith crowding in from behind to observe us both.
• “The warehouse is located strangely enough” I smiled with sardonic humour, “inside an abandoned warehouse, beneath the floor. I observed or rather we observed” I corrected myself glancing at Lilith, “them opening a large chute behind a closed door which led downwards. The warehouse itself, above, is heavily guarded and fortified. At least a dozen or so guards on the outside perimeter with more on the inside.”
• My mate nodded, biting her lip, carefully examining the map, her eyes beginning to gleam.
