• I have never met another race before. Now I’m surrounded by liaisons or leaders of the various races, including a powerful witch, a strong fae, a bear shifter and even a dragon shifter! I try not to stare at them in awe, even as Charisma sits up straight in her chair, not cowed by the others in the slightest. In fact, she looks just as Regal as the King, who appears to admire her greatly. I glance around the table as King Julian begins to speak.
• “I’ve gathered you here today because there is a matter of utmost importance that affects not just the shifter and Lycan race but also all of our races. At least according to Charisma” he said gravely, eyeing everybody at the table who immediately straighten at the news.
• “What could possibly interfere with all our races? The dragon shifter is too powerful to be taken advantage of.” Jame’s voice is filled with fury.
