Chapter 4

  • Alpha Black O’Donnoly was in his car, directing the driver to the hotel where he and his men would be staying. Two other cars accompanied him, each filled with security guards. Ten men were accompanying him in total.
  • Alpha Black O’Donnoly had made sure that he had made reservations for the Alpha’s suite, which offered an additional ten rooms. He made sure he had room service and food brought to him and his men whenever he made an order, regardless of whether the hotel manager liked him or not. The manager had a business to run. And he was going to make sure the staff served them. By rank and title, Alpha Black O’Donnoly had every single right to acquire this Alpha suit.
  • As the hotel came into view, Alpha Black O’Donnoly Darkly smiled. He knew his reputation was grim. It did not bother him. He thrived off of the fear filtering off those who dared to look in his direction. He thrived off of the pain that he had caused others. Alpha Black O’Donnoly enjoyed being the number one feared Alpha. It was a sense of power that no other Alpha could feel. Knowing that he could get everyone to part ways the moment he stepped into a room or site.
  • His bodyguards were the first to step out, closing the doors of the car. They glanced around the location as the vehicles began to drive away. Alpha Black O’Donnoly continued to look out the driver's window, a malicious grin crossing his face. Watching nearby citizens move their feet faster, they realized who had driven up to the hotel entrance. The driver of his car stepped out, closing the door. Rounding the back, he opened the door so that he could exit the vehicle.
  • With his back straight and shoulders widened, Alpha Black O’Donnoly had done up the loose buttons on his jacket. The moment he was in position, his bodyguards surrounded him. Once Alpha Black O’Donnoly was satisfied with the fear and anxiety that nearby spectators felt, he ordered his men to proceed to the main entrance.
  • He relished in the moment. Every emotion rippled off the spectators. Not knowing if they should run or drop to the ground. Alpha Black O’Donnoly would have rather preferred them to fall to the ground. ‘All in due time!’ he thought darkly to himself.
  • The staff was no different, scurrying around like scared little rodents. He found it comical watching them running into each other or the wall. ‘This is power!’ Alpha Black O’Donnoly thought to himself. There was not much he had to say to the desk manager. He already knew who he was dealing with. Filling out the information on the computer, the manager stuttered, “I hope you enjoy your stay here. If there is anything that has been overlooked, do not hesitate to ask. One of the workers of this establishment will be happy to deal with the situation.”
  • Alpha Black O’Donnoly snapped his fingers. One of the men rushed forward, taking the key card. Pivoting on his heels, the men began walking towards the elevators. Pressing the button, the guards waited for both of the elevators to reach the main floor. The moment that both doors had opened. Alpha Black O’Donnoly was the first to step in, followed by the ten bodyguards acquiring both of the elevators, making sure that their Alpha was well protected.
  • Once they noticed the elevators were going to the top floor, the hotel workers exhaled loudly. Muttering under his breath, “This is going to be a long week," the establishment manager frowned at his coworkers. He glanced at his male coworkers, “No females are allowed to go on the top floor. Anyone who has to deal with that lot will have a 10 percent increase in wages during the time that they have to deal with them.” He emphasized the last word. Knowing that his boss was well aware of the current situation. With already half of the staff threatening to quit their job if they had to service the Myingan Pack Members. The 10 percent increase in wage for the duration of their stay, was motivation for the job to be done in a timely manner. The manager looked at the male coworkers, waiting for one of them to step forward, saying that they would take the increase in pay.
  • A new worker stepped forward hesitantly. “I swear I better have the one percent increase on my paycheck!” He might have been new to the job site, but he did not want to be near the Myingan Pack Members.
  • Alpha Black O’Donnoly stepped out of the elevator as his men scanned the location. The Alpha Suite was large and spacious. He put his hands behind his back and headed to the large window, glaring down at the heads of the people walking the street. “They're nothing but mutts!” he hissed with rage. His head was almost pressed against the glass. Scanning the rest of the Capital that he could see.
  • For far too long, the Armstrongs had control over what bills would be passed and what treaties, conditions and negotiations would be accepted. Adding to the laws restricting his movement. Alpha Black O’Donnoly had had enough. For far too long, he had been sitting in the shadows, scheming for his revenge. Knowing that by every right, the crown should not be on Alpha King James’s head. That it should be on his head. The rightful king. It should be him dictating the rules, regulations, and expenditures.
  • The room grew dim as Alpha Black O’Donnoly pushed out his Alpha aura. His temper was getting the best of him. " The crown is mine!” he hissed, each word spoken with Venom on the tip of his tongue.
  • Turning around automatically, the bodyguards dropped to one knee, with their heads bowed, waiting for their Alpha's next order. A cruel smile graced his face, ‘this is true power!’ he took a step toward those who were with him. “Do a sweep of the place. Make sure James did not plant any bugs.”
  • Alpha Black O’Donnoly was not a fool. He had anticipated that Alpha King James would do anything and everything to make his existence as uncomfortable as possible. He chuckled darkly, ‘If it was me, that's exactly what I would do!’
