• Maximum had his hands on the middle section of Iris’s back as he led the way to the elevators. “Paul will be going to the cafe to work on the laptop.” He pressed the button. “There will be two warriors inside the courtroom along with two other men outside.” He glanced down at Iris. Iris did not seem fazed at all that she was about to step into a room where Alpha Black O’Donnoly was going to be located. “I have already recieved a report that O’Donnoly is already seated in the court room. You have nothing to fear.”
• “There is nothing to fear but fear itself!” Iris took a step forward as the elevator doors opened. Showing that no one was inside. Being the only two in the small confinement, “You clean up well!” She pressed the button with the number 2 on it. Iris motioned her fingers in a circle around her mouth. “Though I do have to admit I prefer the beard!” she motioned her head forward. ‘Now you look to domesticated.”
• “Ah yeah, the beard!” Maximum rubbed his fingers over his clean shaven face. “Took me six years to grow that thing. Hated how itchy it was. Now I kind of miss it!” forcing a smile on his face. “You remember what courtroom we are to go to?”
