Chapter 61

• After we had taken care of Robert and his pack, there was still one more thing to do. Even though we had a fight and I almost lost my life, this felt more difficult. It was time to take Ariel back home and tell the parents of the girls Robert had killed about what had happened.
• harvey and I stood a good distance away from the house, far enough so that no one could see us. Michael and Ariel went up the stairs and knocked on the door to her house. My heart raced as the door opened. I saw someone hug Ariel and their shoulders shook, showing they were crying. A tear ran down my cheek too, seeing the joy of the reunion.
• Then Ariel stepped back and introduced Michael. During their time in Wolf Moon, Ariel and Michael had grown close and I was sure she would soon be his Luna.
