• I can't believe it when he tells me about the pack's discipline helping them fight off the rogues. It's highly unlikely for them to work together in such large numbers, so something else must be going on. We managed to capture one alive, so hopefully we can get some answers from him.
• "Oh," I say, finishing up bandaging his arm. I finally find the courage to ask the question that's been on my mind since I heard about the attack. "Was harvey with you?"
• He nods, lost in thought. "Is he okay?" I ask, my voice low.
