Chapter 23

• Harvey and River were both ecstatic after the ceremony, as Harvey was finally crowned Alpha. He still felt guilty for scaring Tyler the other day, when he had grabbed Matilda unconsciously. He had only been trying to inhale her scent to calm himself down, but it had the opposite effect.
• "It's okay, she will forgive us," River reassured him.
• Harvey decided to head home, as he figured that's where Matilda had gone. But as he approached the house, he saw Tyler leaving and running into the woods. The thought of Matilda with him was enough to make him furious.
