Chapter 37

• I look up at harvey with a flushed face and he can't help but burst out laughing. "I see where you get your wild side from," he mumbles. I throw a pillow at him and tell him to get out so I can get ready. "Hurry up, we're already late," he orders as he leaves.
• I rush to the bathroom and brush my teeth. I'm thankful I showered in the morning, so that should save me some time. I decide to straighten my hair since it's the quickest style. Rummaging through my closet, I come across some sexy red underwear. I've been wanting to take things to the next level with harvey for a while now, so I put it on with the hope that he might finally make a move tonight.
• I wear a short, blue dress with spaghetti straps and apply very light makeup. The dress cinches at the waist and flows down to a few inches above my knees. "Matilda, it's been an hour," harvey yells as he knocks on my door. I was thinking I got ready fast, for once. "Oh no," I mumble as I quickly put on a pair of beige heels and rush to open the door.
