• When the Dominics walked into the living room, literally everyone plastered fake and loving smiles on their faces as if they were one big happy family with no problems. Elora's eyes immediately fell on Zade Dominic, and she was taken down memory lane to the day when he saw her bawling her eyes out at Emmersons Co. It was funny how so much had changed since that day.
• Elora still had the handkerchief he had given her, and her face turned red as he took her in with a skeptical look on his face. She averted her eyes from his perfectly sculpted face and focused her attention on his father instead. However, she could still feel the heat of his gaze on her.
