Chapter 42 The Meeting

• ELORA’S POV
• Elora finally went back to work. She still had her body guards following closely behind and even though she would never truly completely feel safe, she was grateful to Zade for what he had out into place in protecting her. She had an important meeting with her advertising team and their boss today and she arrived just in time for the meeting to start.
• She took a deep breath and looked around her, trying to fight the heaviness on her eyes. Zade and Elora hadn’t even bothered to tell the Emmersons that Elora had lost her baby. Only Zade, Granny and Dain knew about it, but she was sure the Emmersons knew too given that they were the ones who plotted to give her a miscarriage.
