Chapter 18 The Surprise

• “As you all know tonight is a very important night. Tonight will mark the future of our two families.” Peter started talking. Elora had an itching urge to groan and roll her eyes. She hated everything about the man and she wanted him to die. Death was a small word for what she even wanted to happen to the man.
• “Indeed.” Ambrose continued. “The business trip I was on took a bit of time away from us but we must make preparations at once.” Hazel squealed and wrapped her hands around Zade’s biceps. Elora felt something bitter build up in her chest as she watched Hazel lean against Zade. She couldn’t even believe she was jealous but Zade was her husband now and she couldn’t wait to announce it to all these fools.
