Chapter 16 The Contract
- ELORA’S POV
- Zade didn’t want to waste any time. Elora’s heart beat in her chest as she got into Zade’s car with him at the wheel. Zade had already called his lawyer and he wanted to be married to her before his father got home. Elora fidgeted in the front seat as she watched Zade drive away from the mansion quickly, yet cautiously.
- Her eyes landed on his hair, it looked as dark and soft as silk. Elora felt a sudden urge to run her hand through his hair, but she quickly shook away the thought, disgusted at herself for having such thoughts about Zade. He was a handsome man, respectful and he was a billionaire. Elora tried to pretend that she wasn’t excited about what they were about to do; but deep down, in the darkest parts of her heart, she was a bit content with herself because she was taking away something that she knew Hazel wanted.
