Chapter 29 The Parking Lot

• ELORA’S POV
• Strong hands grabbed Elora as soon as she stepped out of her car in the parking lot of the advertising company she worked at. Her back was slammed to her car and Tony Emmerson appeared in front of her like a giant, towering over her and glaring down at her like he could eat her alive.
• She immediately regretted turning down Zade’s offer to drive her to work today. She didn’t want to depend on Zade or a driver to take her places. She wanted to be able to do things herself, but right now, she wished she could turn back time and have Zade drive her to work instead. Elora was early to work, like she always was and she always parked her car far behind. She considered screaming for help, but for some reason she thought that would only make things worse.
