Chapter 81 Leslie And Decker

  • Ashina's eyelids fluttered open. She didn't have to squint this time as the window blinds blocked the sun rays, but through the dim light which seeped in, she could tell it was a new morning. A grin spread across the Princess's face. This is due to the fact that she had a very peaceful and sound sleep, like a baby's. She knew it was all thanks to the cold bath she had the previous night and the many layers of fur that made up Prince Juan's mattress of utmost comfort. The smile on Princess Ashina's face diminished as her mind replayed the previous night's event without her permission. She turned to the side of the bed and saw that the Prince was gone. Her brow furrowed a bit. Ashina had never felt so embarrassed in a really long while. Juan had absolutely mortified her. He had not even tried to hide that he did not wish to speak to her.
  • I'm trying to sleep. His curt reply rang in her head.
  • It was going to take a while to forget about that, even if they reconciled. Ashina didn't even know when or if that was ever going to happen. She didn't even know what the problem was, to begin with, and she would've tried to find out the previous night if she hadn't gotten shunned.
