• Learning about the financial side of the pack was extremely insightful. It never occurred to me how much went into it, but adding the financial details of Hector's businesses made the experience mind-blowing. As I learned more about him, my respect for him deepened. I had indicated to Hector that I would only take on this position if he placed me on the payroll. Things did not go well during that discussion.
