• My thoughts continued to run through my head throughout the rest of the day as I contemplated how to escape. At the core of my being, I felt that this was a curse I wished the moon goddess could reverse. In order to avoid harming loved ones or burdening anyone, I needed to save everyone without risking myself. As I tried to find a solution, I became stuck in a loop of thoughts. I had to think of something quickly, but I felt so helpless. One thing was certain. There was no way I was returning to the Blood rose Pack.
• I was lost in thought as I leaned over the balcony and stared into a blank abyss, when suddenly I felt the tingles of the mate's bond as Hector wrapped his arms around me.
