• After Maliyla suggested that the Luna Ceremony be changed, she received a lot of criticism. The theory was the same, but I liked not having to invite all the surrounding packs, some of whom I had never met. Even though many Alphas and Lunas hated the change, I stood by my mate, so if anyone wanted to comment on it, they had to go through me.
• As soon as I heard about the baby shower idea, I contacted Kira to plan a honeymoon for Maliyla after the ceremony. I had yet to decide where I would take her, but I had one place in mind: Makatea. A small French Polynesian island off the coast of Tahiti, Makatea was ranked as one of the world's most beautiful and secluded destinations. This would be the perfect place to spend Maliyla and my honeymoon so that we could make lifelong memories.
