• The city was alive in the mid-morning. The gentle hum of traffic and the chatter of pedestrians filled the air as bustling cafés and shops began to open their doors. Sunlight streamed through the narrow streets, casting a warm glow on the vibrant buildings adorned with colorful murals. It filled me with awe and appreciation for the beauty I had never known as we continued driving through town. I didn't know where we were going, which made me nervous.
