Chapter 132 Happy Future?

• Charles felt his heartbreak when he saw tears escape Gina's eyes, "Gina", He called her name softly, and this made her raise her head to look at him. "I don't know why I act like that... I just get really mad sometimes, and I can't control my actions," She said in between her sobbing while Charles reached out and wiped her tears away, his eyes filled with nothing but warmth for her, and it made Gina cry even more. She was afraid that if she continued to flip out and act the way she acted a few minutes ago, she could eventually lose him, but Charles thought otherwise... he wanted to make things official with her as soon as possible and what Gina wasn't aware of was the fact that his friend who had come to see him had only come to deliver the engagement ring he had purchased... she was a jeweller and he has reached out to her because he knew she could help him pick out the best ring for Gina and he was right, he had fallen in love with the ring as soon as he saw it and had invited her for a drink because of how happy he was.. the ring box was in his pocket and he had planned to call her and ask her out to his apartment where he had started to plan out a proposal but she had shown up looking really mad and at left him confused and now she was a mess and seeing her cry made his heart ache... he wanted never to see tears in her eyes... he decided to make his proposal another time when she was in a good mood... Gina's mascara had smudged, and now she had her black eyes back... Charles took out the handkerchief from his jacket and handed it to her... he then stood up and poured her a glass of water so she could drink and calm her nerves... Gina drank the water, and then she finally stopped crying... "Is my makeup ruined?" She asked, and a smile appeared on his face...
• "You look beautiful,", he said, and Gina slapped his arm playfully... he watched as she got up and walked to the bathroom to check her face in the mirror... Charles reached into his pocket and took out the ring box. He was nervous, and when he heard her footsteps, he placed it back in his pocket... he was planning on giving it to her soon...
