• Chase stood outside Charlotte's room, hesitating as he contemplated whether to enter or not. He felt guilty about her car getting damaged and had gotten her a new one, but he had also vowed to stay away from her. He sighed and turned around to leave, but Charlotte's door suddenly swung open, catching him off guard.
