• Time to go, Elizabeth's mother said from outside the hotel room as she knocked. "The wedding is starting," she repeated, knocking again. Elizabeth paced around her room in a panic. She couldn't believe it was finally happening; she was about to marry Damien.
• She hasn't been answering. What if she ran away? Her mother said in a worried tone.
• "I'm here, Mom," Elizabeth responded, causing her mother to let out a sigh of relief.
