Chapter 104
- Heather screamed at the top of her lungs as she hurled a wine bottle at her television, shattering the glass into a thousand pieces on the floor. "What do you mean he's dead?" she asked, her eyes blazing with fury. "He cannot die, Oliver!" She yelled, her voice echoing off the walls. "He can't die! Not yet! He has to pay!! He has to pay for what he's done!!" She bellowed, her anger and frustration boiling over as she dropped to the floor, surrounded by the shattered remnants of her television.
- Oliver, who had broken the news to her, knelt beside her, attempting to comfort her. "Mom, it's okay," he said softly, trying to calm her down.
- But Heather was having none of it. "Okay? Okay? How is my revenge going to work on their stupid family if he's dead?" she spat, slapping the floor angrily with her hand. "All my plans, all my schemes... everything I've worked for... it's all been for nothing!"
