• “This is it, ma'am”, Penelope said, showing Charlotte a medicated ointment. She had contacted the family doctor to help her with something that could heal scars and stop the pain, and he had just sent it over.
• “Thank you, Penelope”, Charlotte said as she tried to grab it from Penelope, but she moved it away.
• “ I will apply it myself, ma'am, you can't get all parts of your back on yourself” she said as Charlotte sat up and began to take off her shirt to apply it.
