Chapter 67

• The sky was a deep blue when Jack woke up from his sleep. He felt a strong energy today, something important was about to happen. He got up, fixed his hair, and reached for the suit hanging on the hook in his closet.
• It was a nice shade of brown, fitting him perfectly, with a little gold stitching that sparkled in the dim light. Jack had picked it carefully. Today was special; it was his day. A day to be noticed. A day to claim what he believed was rightfully his. After his bath, he put on the suit.
• He stood in front of the mirror, adjusting his cuffs and checking the details. His fingers shook slightly as he reached for the tie. Not because he was nervous but because of the excitement that came with feeling powerful.
