Chapter 37 Thirty Seven

• Adonis entered the house, the usual silence enveloping him. He had left work earlier than usual as he was looking forward to eating Serena's food and spending some time with her. As he walked into the foyer, he was greeted by Freya, who bowed her head.
• "Welcome home, sir," Freya said, taking his jacket. "Can I get you something to drink?"
