• Serena's gasp escaped uncontrollably as the car halted before the majestic, castle-like mansion. Its grandeur mesmerized her. She thought such estates existed only in movies and magazines. Was this Adonis's family home? The thought sent her mind racing. Was he a multi-billionaire?
• The door opening snapped her back to reality. She looked up to see Giovanni holding out his hand fir her. She smiled slightly at the gesture.
• As she took it, his gaze briefly dropped to the platinum diamond ring adorning her slender finger, fitting perfectly.
