Chapter 91

• "I'll be right back," said Lyssa’shusband as he walked towards Garrett's room, leaving Lyssa and in the dining area. Garrett stood in front of the mirror, lost in his own thoughts, until he heard his brother's voice calling him to join them at the table.
• "Hey brother, come join us at the table," Lyssa's husband said with a warm smile. Garrett nodded curtly and followed them to the eating table. He took a seat beside Lyssa, who shifted uncomfortably but tried to maintain a composed facade. She found herself seated between the two men feeling the tension in the air.
• As they began to eat, Lyssa's husband playfully talked about the meal he had prepared, trying to engage Garrett in conversation. Garrett, however, seemed distant as he stole glances at Lyssa. The memories of their intimate moments from earlier in the day flooded his mind, making it hard for him to focus on the conversation.
