Chapter 107
- Garrett's POV
- I carried Lyssa’s lifeless body, her body now pale and cold, into my chambers. My servants pushed open the heavy oak door, allowing me to enter without pause. I gently laid her on my bed, her body cold and still. The pack members followed, their eyes filled with sorrow and disbelief, surrounding her in a protective circle as if their presence alone could bring her back.
- My heart ached with memories of my little pumpkin, my fated mate. Her laughter, her touch, the way she looked at me with those bright, loving eyes, all of it flashed through my mind in a relentless torrent. I couldn't accept this reality. Not yet. I remember everything! From the day one of how we met, I remember. My lost memories came flashing back.
