• Garret's POV:
• Later that night, I found myself standing in Alpha Garrett's room, watching in both fascination and horror as he calmly gulped down the red liquid - blood. All this time, his cold gaze looked up to me as I could recall all those days that Garrett would watch me eat without joining me. He would always say he wasn’t hungry. How would I have known that blood was his meal?
• "You are the god of this kingdom?" I blurted out, unable to contain the question that had popped into my head.
