• Garrett reached his room, stood in front of the mirror, staring at his reflection with a furrowed brow. His thoughts were consumed by Lyssa's suggestion of feeding on her supernatural blood to gain more power and possibly unlock his lost memories. It was a good idea, but the idea of harming the innocent maid made him feel conflicted. Even though he earlier agreed with the seer in the previous days to feed on her blood, there is this reluctant feeling that came settling on him.
• As he pondered over it, a deep growl suddenly came from within him. Garrett closed his eyes and took a deep breath, centering himself as he felt the presence of his wolf.
