• “Shawn, thank you for taking me out and having dinner with me,” Nicole said with a smile as Shawn dropped her off at the hotel. Today, Nicole had spent the day out with Shawn. They’d enjoyed their time together so much that it was already late afternoon when they returned.
• Shawn gave a faint smile. “No need to thank me. Aren’t you my girlfriend now?” he teased lightly.
• Nicole bit back a shy smile at Shawn’s playful words. “Alright then, drive safely, Shawn. Let me know when you get home.”
