Chapter 12 The Woman Who Doesn't Care

• Oliver’s gaze lingered on the ivory yellow spaghetti-strap dress hugging Nicole’s petite frame. The color stood out vividly against her pale skin. He couldn’t deny it—his eyes were filled with admiration and awe for her appearance. Apparently, his assistant had excellent taste in picking out the perfect dress for Nicole.
• It wasn’t just Nicole who had changed clothes; Oliver had too. He wasn’t dressed in his usual formal office attire, but instead wore jeans and a black t-shirt that accentuated his muscular build. He looked fresh, masculine—and undeniably handsome. Nicole might always look at Oliver with resentment, but even she couldn’t deny that the bastard was incredibly good-looking.
