Chapter 7

• @Cafe
• "It's not that too obvious that you did really miss me." her friend Calliyah jokingly said.
• "Cause you're out of the country for too long" she responded.
• "Hey, what's with that silence?" she asks when she notices her best friend looked at her seriously.
• Calliyah just intently looked at her as if she was being examined. Her friend even held her face but she managed to avoid it, "Hey what's with you? Having jet lag?" she joked around.
• But Calliyah looked at her even seriously, "Are you sure that you are okay Jewel? Look at you now, you look different."
• "What do you mean different ?" she asked.
• "Look into a mirror and see what I meant. Seriously? What are you doing to yourself? You're not the Jewel I suppose to know. You look like trash. " her friend told her candidly.
• She stops what her friend bluntly told her because she knows that her friend has a point. She disregards paying attention to herself and now she looks messy.
• "I'm so busy that I forgot to groom myself, " I said in a feeble voice.
• "Busy? Busy on what? Taking care of your insensitive husband? Don't make me laugh the best. Give yourself a pity. You're better than this." she positively says.
• "Look who's talking, why? Are you and Dark on good terms?"
• She just gives me sullen eyes, "What about him? You and your husband are the topic here, not him. Duh!"
• She just nodded her head and didn't speak up. They order their food to eat and while eating they talk about a lot of things that obviously show that they really missed each other. After they finished their food her friend invited her to wander around shopping but before that her friend brought her to a salon for a makeover. It took hours for them to bond together without noticing that it's getting dark as they got out of the mall.
• On the way home Calliyah drove her off. "Thank you best! I enjoy this day. Take care." she said as she came out in the car.
• Her friend just smiles and gives her a sign to drive off.
• She hurried as she got home thinking that her husband might be hungry. She didn't bother to change her clothes. She directly rushed off to the kitchen and started cooking.
• A bet longer she heard the door open indicates that her husband is coming in. She faced him with a smile, "Thunder, I cooked your food." she said.
• Her husband ignored her approach and ate. Even though her husband gave her a cold treatment she's still happy because it's rare for her to see her husband eat the food she prepared. And she was more than happy watching her husband enjoying the food.
• She waited for him to finish and clean it after. When she was done she noticed that her husband was still there, sitting and looking at her intently that made her feel embarrassed.
• "What time did you come home?" her husband asked.
• "It was 6:00 pm." she replied.
• Her husband nodded. "Where did you go?"
• "In the mall, I told you I met up with Calliyah." She noticed that her husband's expression darkened.
• "Don't make me a fool Jewel, How come Calliyah is with you? I know she's out of the country. Don't use your friend's name if you're just meeting up with your affair!" he surmised.
• She was confused about what her husband was talking about, "W-what are you talking about?'
• Her husband stood up and came closer to her, "Don't deny it! I told you Jewel don't ever let me catch you and your affair. "
• "I told you I'm with Calliyah, She's already here in the Philippines. If you want proof then call her to stop your accusation." she replied in annoyance.
• She really couldn't understand him. Those accusations that she doesn't even know. He's being paranoid about the things he usually does.
• "And why are you dressed like that? You left here without putting anything and now you came home like that? Tell me where did you really go?" as he holds my arms tightly.
• She plunges Thunder's hand that holds her arms firmly avoiding any bruises again. "Seriously Thunder? Could you give me a break in that malicious thing you are thinking."
• "Just accept the fact that you are meeting with your affair! And what other thing do you both do? Did you two do it?" Her forehead frowned. She wants to bawl at him because of her frustration,
• "What are you talking about? Do what?" she asked.
• A smile forms in her husband's lips while slowly walking closely to her. "Sex! Sex Jewel, Is that how it affects to you? Let me ask you this. Since we were married one year ago and we didn't do it. Do you want to try it with me?" without any hesitation she slapped Thunder face as she felt like her whole system shaver in exasperation.
• "What do you think of me? A slut, a bed warmer like those women you always brought? I'm your wife!" I vociferously said.
• "You are the one who says that you are my wife. So I can do it with you anytime I want. After all is it your obligation to satisfied me as your husband and that's includes sex!" He said.
• Her husband even got closer to her as he said those words. She can already feel the warm breath of her husband in her neck. Her reflections instantly shove her husband off the reason that she can't take the sensation she felt, "Stop! What you're doing! I'll go upstairs and sleep." she said.
• Even though it was a year ago that they were married they never did that thing.
• But before she could turn around Thunder grabbed her arms harsly. She can now clearly see the angriness in Thunder's face, "Why? Are you tired? Tired because your affair pleasured you? How many rounds do you both do? I'm much better than him. We can do it now in here" as his hand tighten in her arms.
• She felt scared. She didn't know what to do because of the nervousness she felt about what her husband was talking about. If they were just in another situation where they are both in love it would be the happiest thing to happen to her but no it's not the case she doesn't want to do it right now where her husband is in deep anger.
• "Just sleep Thunder, I know you are tired" I calmly said.
• It seems Thunder doesn't hear anything as he aggressively kisses her lips. She can feel the pain on her lips as her husband continues kissing her. He didn't respond instead she pushed him hard but Thunder is stronger than her. She can already taste the blood of her lips and with all of her strength she pushed him hard again and she successfully made it. She immediately ran upstairs, went to her room and locked it.
• As she slumped down in her bed her tears flowed out. On what had just happened she realized that her husband never respected her and treasured her as his wife. She felt like he treated her like those bed warmers he always has. She felt molested. It hurt her a lot but she can't do anything about it.
