• The girl Jewel quickly followed Monique as she left, she knew she was very hurt by the friend's words, she was a woman so she knew the feeling but she believed Cain still loved her.
• When she reached Monique's room she knocked quickly. "Nique, I'm going in," she immediately opened the door and saw that the girl was covered with a blanket but you could see that she was crying by the movement of her shoulders.
