• “I—I am looking for….” he breathed out and continued, “....for Mrs. Shannon. Which ward is she?” Georgie scratched his head, watching the nurse while she put down the ward number and handed it over to him.
• He looked at the piece of paper and excused herself. He, Helen, and Daniel were all together. They hastened along the passageway that bore a lot of people, both patients and visitors, while at the same time searching for the ward number.
