• Days later, after Helen was discharged from the hospital, Shannon visited her and ran some errands for her before deciding to leave to be able to meet her kids who were waiting for her. They were on holiday, so she used that opportunity to demand her annual leave so they would be able to spend some time with Georgie.
• On her way back home, she got a call from Miranda. Her lips twitched as she picked up the call, “Hey, I just get unnecessarily scared when you call. Hope everything is okay?”
