Chapter 69 One More Night!

• It was a cold evening. The rain had just stopped drizzling leaving the atmosphere filled with the nice scent that came with it. I stayed there in the middle of the bed watching the fire as it burned brightly, not only making the room warm but also illuminating the room. Many thoughts rushed through my mind as I was lost in my head. I took a deep breath as I stood up from the bed and walked round the room. The incident with Daniel and Alpha James filled my mind and I just could not take my mind off what was going on. Each time that I tried to take my mind off it, I only went deeper into it.
• A knock suddenly came on my door jolting me from my reverie as I tilted my head to look at the door. I only wished that it wasn't him at the door. I took a deep breath. Before I cleared my throat to answer whoever was there.
