• The sun was on its way down over the Red Blood Pack territory, casting long shadows across the ground as golden hues touched the air, gloaming. Alpha Zeus had left that morning to converse on business with the Dark Moon Pack, leaving the pack in a seemingly rare state of calm. For the first time in what felt like weeks, I felt that I could breathe without his intense presence weighing me down.
