Chapter 134 Shadows Of Farewell
- The somber atmosphere filled the grand hall of the Red Blood Pack as Ares and Hera sat close, holding each other for comfort. The room, dimly lit with candles and adorned with dark flowers, mirrored the heaviness in everyone’s hearts. Hades's body lay at the center, draped in a deep crimson cloth, and the air was thick with the scent of sage and incense. Pack members came and went, paying their respects in silence, but Ares and Hera stayed rooted by Hades's side, unwilling to leave him.
- Zeus stood off to the side, watching his son’s grief. He had allowed Hera and Elias to be freed temporarily for this final goodbye. At his request, Lucian had approved the release, though both men agreed it would be closely monitored. Hera’s punishment was only delayed, not lifted.
- As more Shadow Pack members filed into the hall, Zeus moved toward Aphrodite, who was standing quietly beside Selene.
