Chapter 453 Disappearance

• After James Lawson left, Cynthia White treated herself to a relaxing hot bath. After ten minutes, she got out, dried herself off, applied moisturizer, and splashed toner on her face. She then put on a face mask.
• Once she finished her skincare routine, Cynthia changed into her pajamas and dried her hair. She was about to go to bed when she heard footsteps at the door. Curious, she stopped and headed towards the door.
• Assuming it was James Lawson returning, Cynthia opened the door, but to her surprise, there was no one there. Confused, she looked around and then closed the door.
