Chapter 191 We Don’t See Eye-To-Eye

• The next day, Cynthia sat bolt upright in bed. Bleary-eyed, she looked at the unfamiliar furnishings around her, only for her memory to come back online—she remembered that she was currently in James’ house.
• Amidst her shock, the memory of last night came back to her as well, and her face instantly flushed. She angrily mashed her face into her pillow, gritting her teeth as she did so. “James, you jerk! Psycho!”
• After venting, Cynthia realized that it was about time for her to actually get up. And so, she got out of bed. It was only after she had changed out of her clothes and styled her hair that she realized she didn’t have her toiletries. Forced by her circumstances, she had no choice but to ask a servant to bring her the items. Several to-and-fros later, she finally went downstairs. When she went down, however, she found James and Charles already waiting for her, having finished breakfast earlier.
