Chapter 24 Inevitable Troubles

• At that moment, all that Dominic and Daisy saw was James, so they naturally ignored the rest of their surroundings. As a result of their terrific skills in blocking out the world, neither one of them noticed Cynthia and Anthony, who were in the midst of a passionate discussion.
• Dominic hurried toward James as he tried to come up with ways to introduce Daisy to James. However, James didn’t seem to pay much attention to them—he merely had a few brief exchanges with Dominic. Soon enough, most of the guests in the lounge were done with their chat. Cynthia got to her feet and bid goodbye to Anthony and a few other seniors in the field.
