Chapter 32
- Author's POV
- From the shadowed cover of the trees, Kavian and Shirin watched silently, their presence cloaked in darkness as chaos unfolded before them. The rogue wolves had struck with savage precision, their aggression sending terrified civilians fleeing and scattering like leaves in the wind. Screams filled the air, and the scent of fear and blood was thick.
- Kavian’s jaw clenched as his gaze locked on her—Rose. Her delicate form darted through the confusion, clearly vulnerable, clearly marked. One of the rogues had spotted her. He was closing in. Fast.
