• I was still reeling from the revelation—Kavian was my mate. My mate. The words pulsed through me like a heartbeat, almost too overwhelming to contain. Just his scent alone was enough to stir something wild and unexplainable in me. It coiled low in my stomach, spreading warmth through every vein, a craving I didn’t even know how to fight.
