• Self-control, noun, the ability to control oneself, in particular one’s emotions and desires, especially in difficult situations. I was taught the art of self-control from a young age, but I let go every bit of control to sooth my desire. It wasn’t any particular difficult situation I believe, even though the memory is hazy, but I remember the desire that scorched me alive from inside and out. And while I was drunk out of my mind, something that never had happened before, I surrendered to the scorching desire and took her. Name? I don’t know. Face? I don’t remember. I only thanked the Goddess above as I took her in my arms and called her mine, finalising the Goddess gifted bond. She wore my mark, and I did hers. When I thought things could not get any better than this, life took a turn to be worse. For she stood on my foyer, staring at me with a set of gorgeous browns filled with a sea of happiness and relief. I feel nothing but the overwhelming pull of the mate bond that started to slowly drive me crazy. But than realisation hit me, mate bond? I already have my female! My marked and mated Luna! Even so why do I feel the exact same pull if not stronger again! For another female! What is this sorcery!
• The never-ending sea of happiness and happiness in her eyes shattered when I felt my female walk up behind me. Then she noticed the mark I wear proudly on my neck and anger settled in me as betrayal and disbelief settled into her. My name rolled off of her tongue smoother than anyone as she bowed to greet.
