Chapter 14

• Bella’s POV
• I follow Kat and Sarah down the hall and to the left. I’m told that we will be congregating in the study. Kat gives me the tour along the way. We pass by Ivan’s office, the library, a gym, and a staircase that leads to the servant quarters. We finally reach our destination; we enter a room that is about same size of the living room. Beautiful paintings are hung on the tan colored walls. The same dark hardwood flooring as the rest of the first floor is shown in here. Two plush looking couches face each other in the middle of the room, with tables at each end. To my left is a large bar, and to my right is open space with a wall of mirrors.
• Two employees walk over to the couches and pull the one on the left where it is facing towards the back of the room. Kat takes a seat, so I mock her. Sarah walks over to the bar and starts digging around and when she returns, she has two glasses of what I am assuming is champagne. As she is handing over the flutes to us, she starts talking. “So, which one of you want to go first?” Not really understanding what is about to happen I be damned if I volunteer first, so I don’t say nothing. Kat raises her arm showing that she will go first.
