• "Khrystal." Nexus stared at me in shock as I stood in the doorway of his house.
• I decided to come here the moment Agustine's fiancée left the house. My legs moved almost of their own accord, as if my body had taken command, pushing me forward without waiting for my thoughts to catch up. I don't know, but my body just took the initiative to act. The air felt thick around me, every step carrying the weight of my mistakes. I no longer know what is right and should be done to end all my problems. My chest ached with a suffocating heaviness, the sharp sting of regret lodged firmly in my heart. To get rid of the pain in my chest, I needed someone to understand me, even if just for a fleeting moment.
