• Oliver’s POV
• Walking back to my office, I hoped everyone would come with me. I needed the help, seeing the King Gideon was wicked and he would do everything in his power to ensure Soma was his. I wanted to show him that we weren’t scared of him, and we would be willing to kill as many people as we could if he had to. I wanted to show these Alpha’s that I was stable, but it was clear I wasn't. Even if I had everything going well for me, I felt that deep darkness that plagued my soul more and more each day. I needed Soma, she was my cure. I had a feeling she would be the one that made that darkness go away, and it was something I wanted badly. I hoped she still loved me after all of this, it scared me knowing she was alone and probably thinking I abandoned her.
• “So,” Micah said coming into my office. “Most of the Alpha’s left, they told me that they had things that needed to be taken care of. I guess some rogues found out they were here and decided to attack their packs.”
