• Nick’s POV
• Being forced away from Soma, I was not happy. I wanted to shift, but she doesn’t know my secret, and those vampires probably had some kind of herb to weaken me. I tried to break free from the handcuffs, but I could feel they were coated with something. Either they knew what I was, or they played it safe because of the werewolves in the area.
• “Where the fuck are you taking me?” I snapped at the Detective. “That fucker hurts Soma, I’m going to kill each one of you slowly.”
