• Oliver’s POV
• After dinner was done, I was exhausted. I knew tomorrow was going to be stressful but I also knew it was going to be a good nice and quiet ride. I was glad that Nathaniel was giving us a private jet to ride in. I couldn’t wait for Soma to wait up in our bed so she could see she was safe. I couldn’t wait to bring my pack in and welcome her the way she was supposed to be. I still regret not doing things because of being scared she was going to run on me, but now that I see she wasn't I should have acted faster. I just didn’t think Gideon would have made a move as he did and that was something he paid for with his life. It was one thing I could say I made sure he paid well.
• Walking back to my room, I quickly went in and checked on Soma. It looked like she moved, but it was probably in my head.
